Salesforce Administrator

Brown & Joseph is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own a highly customized Salesforce platform that operates as the full ERP for our Subrogation business unit. This is not a typical admin role. You’ll be responsible for a mission-critical system that powers Sales, Operations, and Accounting/Finance, with deep integrations across telephony, financial systems, document generation, and AI-driven workflows. If you’ve worked in complex, highly customized Salesforce environments and want true ownership of a platform that drives revenue operations—this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and administer a complex Salesforce environment used as an ERP
- Manage advanced configuration: Flows, custom objects, automation, and security
- Support end-to-end business processes across operations, finance, and client workflows
- Maintain and optimize integrations including telephony, financial systems, and APIs
- Support and expand AI-driven automation (Salesforce AI agents, workflow automation)
- Lead releases, deployments, and change management across environments
- Build reports and dashboards to support operational and financial decision-making
- Partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Experience in highly customized or enterprise Salesforce environments
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow and complex automation
- Experience supporting integrated systems (APIs, telephony, financial platforms, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot across data, configuration, and integrations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Experience with AccountingSeed or financial systems in Salesforce
- Exposure to Salesforce AI (Einstein, Agentforce, or similar)
- Experience with document generation tools (S-Docs, Conga, Drawloop)
- Background in Insurance, Subrogation, or Financial Services
- Salesforce certifications
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary is $90,000 - $115,000 per year (DOE)
