Revision & Dispute Reviewers provides a quality review of insurance premium audits for Worker’s Compensation and General Liability policies and assist with Test Audit cases.
Job Description:
NEIS, LLC has been a leader in the insurance audit and loss control prevention industry since 1945 and seeking a Revision & Dispute Reviewer as we continue to grow our team. Revision & Dispute Reviewers provides a quality review of insurance premium audits for Worker’s Compensation and General Liability policies and assist with Test Audit cases.
Job Description:
- Examine the completed audits and work with insureds and agents to resolve disputed audits
- Correct completed audits based on rules and regulations for class code(s), specific state(s) and client(s)
- Review test audit pulls and errors and provide detailed rebuttals to carriers to use to rebut any errors
- Provide back up to current test audit manager when necessary
- Correspond with staff to gather additional information as needed
- Meet daily key performance improvement requirements
- Meet time service and quality requirements
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rules for multiple states
- Track record of performing an average of 20 audit reviews daily
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as an audit reviewer and/or 2+ years as a field premium auditor
- Ability to work independently to achieve company goals
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and tax documents
- Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
- Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail
- Excellent communication skills
- High Speed Internet Access
- Compensation annual range is $65,000 - $75,000 (DOE)
