Client Services Specialist

Altus Receivables Management is seeking a Client Service Specialist as we continue to grow our team! Client Service Specialists are responsible for supporting and servicing clients for all services and products Altus offers. Your primary focus will be supporting clients in day-to-day relationship communications, to include, but not limited to collections placements, status updates, account reports, accounting support, technological needs assessment and additional services identification when appropriate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client relationship communications.
- Support clients with collections placements, status updates, account reports, and accounting needs.
- Conduct technological needs assessments and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Reduce ambiguity, improve comfort, and provide multiple access points between Altus and our clients, ensuring clients feel supported and prioritized.
- Increase customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Address and resolve client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and other systems as required.
- Participate in client meetings via Zoom, MS Teams, or in person, as necessary.
- Travel as required to support client relationships or attend business functions.
- Align with Sales in day-to-day client management for strategic and key client accounts in a complementary manner without duplicating efforts or unintentionally driving conflicting objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Collection experience is REQUIRED
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce experience is REQUIRED
- Strong business math skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Hours are 7-4PST with the possibility of 6-3PST after training.
