SubroIQ is seeking a Bank Reconciliation Specialist as we continue to grow our team. Bank Reconciliation Specialists examine the company's accounting records, review them with banking documentation, and report any discrepancies in the reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all bank transactions, including deposits, payments, and wire transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of all reconciliations, adjustments, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to resolve outstanding issues and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Support audits and provide documentation as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in bank reconciliation or a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- $40,000 - $45,000 per year (DOE)
